Small studio located in a building of the 70's a few steps from the beach of sablettes on the 1st floor and quiet. Equipped with everything needed to cook, two vitro plates, small oven, tassimo type coffee maker. For the night area it is a BZ 140 by 190 with recent mattress. The bathroom consists of a hand washing and a shower cabin and a washing machine as well as WC. Close to restaurants and shopping center at 1km500.
