1 / Ground floor on one level, composed of a large living room opening onto terraces and veranda, large open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (160cm beds, 160 cm 140 cm), 3 bathrooms (bath and showers), TV lounge, 2 separate WCs, utility room with washing machine, dryer.
Garden with 2 large terraces with dining area equipped with BBQ and plancha, and garden furniture shaded by a large pepper plant overlooking an unobstructed view towards the sea.
Secure swimming pool of 9 meters by 4 meters with teak deck equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
2 / On the garden level, an independent apartment composed of a living room, American kitchen, 2 bedrooms (140 cm / 150 cm beds), bathroom, separate wc, laundry room with washing machine.
Living room and bedroom overlook the tree-lined terrace equipped with a gas BBQ.
