Die Ferienhäuser in La capte liegen majestätisch zwischen herrliche Pinien die Schatten spenden.

Viel am Strand und im Wasser! Sonne und Wind genossen. Die Insel Porquerolles und Gins sind wunderschön!

Parfaite location

Location prévue pour 4 personnes mais plus confortable pour 2 personnes. Il manque des rangements fermés. Des chaises longues auraient été appréciables. Sinon joli site et location très agréable.

Superbe séjour à la capte

Le logement est adéquat pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Nous étions 3. Emplacement idéalement situé au calme , proche petits commerces, proche plage. Petit jardin très apreciabe pour y manger dehors. Les hôtes sont très serviables arrangeants et disponible. Nous avons vraiment profité de notre séjour à giens/la capte. A recommander.

3 adultes déçues par un studio de 25 m² qui n'en fait que 22, prévu pour 4 personnes mais trop petit pour 3 adultes, fuite toiture lorsqu'il pleut, sale (vaisselle, micro-onde, humide (le soleil ne rentre jamais à cause de la végétation), pas de placard pour les vêtements, pas d'état des lieux, certainement rénové mais en quelle année ? Les peintures sont jaunies, la porte du frigo est abîmée, le bord de la porte de la chambre n 'est pas peint, le sol n'est pas uniforme, il y a de gros rajouts bleus, la table de l'intérieur ne peut être tirée du mur (pour 2 personnes), la table extérieure est bancale et ne peut être bougée, ou est le barbecue ? Même le portail ne ferme pas. Les photos présentées ne correspondent pas à la réalité . je suis en mesure de présenter des photos prises lors de mon séjour mai 2018. Plage de sable fin à 250 m.... il n'y a que la plage recouverte d'algues, les autres algues arrivant dans l'eau qui paraissait noire. Dégoutant.... Il a fallu prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage. ANNONCE A RECTIFIER...........

Très bon séjour. Les propriétaires et la personne à qui nous avons rendu les clefs sont très sympathiques. La location est telle que décrite, très propre, pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle : parfaite pour des vacances !! Je la recommande pour des vacances sans histoires, à 200 mètres de la plage. La terrasse est également très agréable, un vrai plus pour cette région A Recommander sans modération !!

Passé une excellente semaine ! De plus, à ne pas oublié, très bien accueuilli par Jacky, un homme très sympa et à l'écoute. Si on a un problème on peut l'appeler et ça c'est bien ! Donc un grand merci à Jacky ! Concernant le studio, rien à redire... Tout y est : frigo, assiettes, jusqu'au tire bouchon... 2 lits disposition. On demande aux locataires de laisser des produits, ce qui est parfaitement normal. Moi même, j'ai laissé café, poivre, sel, produits salle de bains et autres... Enfin, pour finir je recommande vivement ! Je connais bien La Capte ! J'y viens tous les ans. J'ai oublié de dire que c'est à 3 minutes de la plage. Je pense revenir d'ici peu... voilà...

Séjour agréable mais un peu à l'étroit.

Accueil agréable et situation dans une impasse près de la mer très avantageuse. L'appartement est par contre très petit et ne doit pas être destiné à y rester toute la journée. Surtout pas avec un enfant en bas âge qui va vite tourner en rond. Le petit jardin compensera celà et on pourra en profiter pour manger dehors. Dommage cependant que le portail ne puisse pas être verrouillé car les enfants peuvent s'évader si on les laisse sans surveillance un instant. Très peu de rangement à part une commode dans la chambre, une petite armoire de toilette trop haute dans la salle d'eau et une étagère là aussi bien en hauteur. Normal vu la taille des pièces, Il n'y a qu'en visant haut qu'on peut ranger. L'électro ménager a été remis à neuf ainsi que la salle d'eau. C'est cool on a une impression de bien être. Les propriétaires nous on promis quelques améliorations à l'avenir ce qui ne peut qu'être bénéfique. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble donc mais voiture ou vélo (location pas loin) indispensable ou presque si vous souhaitez vous éloigner car très peu de transport en commun avec un bus toutes les heures voire plus et pas le soir. Ah oui niveau commerces il y a tout à côté mais le Casino Shop est extrêmement cher. Mieux vaut aller beaucoup plus loin.
