Perfect location and value. The hotel was close to the heart of downtown with a less than 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min to the station. Room was very clean, a bit older but that’s expected in TTJ

One of the few hotels in Tottori City that has parking on site. We enjoyed the city view and centric location, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars around. Breakfast was delicious and included local dishes. I would definitely come back again.

Exceptionally nice and polite staff. Super clean room. They have a built in restaurant and they serve breakfast buffet (1000 yen for adult, and less for child) that has a verity of food and drinks and it’s very delicious and convenient. They do serve lunch and dinner if you want. It’s 10 min. walk from the station, so either you can take a bus or taxi to the hotel(680yen). It’s across the street from post office, if you want to shop out something. Over all, it was good. For a sight seeing, I prefer a hotel built in the station though. That’s more convenient.

The property was in a very convenient location. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. The nearest train station was also in a walk-able distance. The service was also great! When I was confused, the staff was able to help out as needed (even though my Japanese was limited). The only problem that I had was the internet. I was not able to get WiFi access in my room at all, so I had to use my own data. I hope that's something that can get fixed in the future.

Great staff helped me with a number of issues. But tv was terrible was small and could not hook up by hdmi bed was hard. Could not get a 2nd pillow was directed to empty cupboards room was large but show space very small.

Super clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Hotel staff are able to communicate a bit in English. $8 for breakfast which consisted of buffet style Western food. Would stay again!

Quiet. Inexpensive but good.

Walking distance to JR station. We stayed in this hotel for one week and visited many places by driving and taking the sightseeing buses which is quite convenience. Visited the sand dues and experienced the camel ride. Not much to see at night. Enjoyed the cherry blossoms season. The cherry tress were so beautiful just grown on the sides of the bridge which is in front of the hotel. You don't need to go other places to look for them. Many beaches in this small city if you go in summer, you can enjoy the sun bathing. We rented a car with GPS to drive around in other small towns. Very dark at night if you drive on the mountain way. Quite a challenge. Of course, you can hire a taxi.

No frills business hotel that is conveniently located near sights and about a 8 minute walk from JR Tottori Station. Slow WIFI connection if you're in room 710. Moved to another room the following night and the WIFI worked without any problems. The breakfast selection is a bit small but only costs ￥850 and has Western and Japanese food.

Lovely business hotel in a great area.

I really liked this hotel.. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was in a very nice area with lovely local shops and situated next to a canal. The closest convenience store was about a 5 minute walk away, and there were many restaurants close by. I could see the hotel's blue sign from the train as I arrived after dark, and it was less than a ten minute walk down the main street from the station. Nicest business hotel I have ever stay in. I would definitely stay here again!
