The entrance on the ground floor is through the equipped kitchen, open to the living room. One bedroom (1 bed 160*200), separate toilet. The upper floor consists of a bedroom (2 beds 90 to join if desired), a relaxation area under the slope with skylight, and a convertible sofa (single-person sofa bed). A bathroom. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Small private terrace with garden furniture. A freezer (with 3 lockers) is at your disposal in a technical room of the semi-open barn, with a ping-pong table, and adjoining the shared and enclosed parking. A playground including: an above-ground pool shared with other tenants (and the owners), accessible only during the summer months; a slide and trampoline will delight young and old alike. Filling the pool and its use by tenants may be restricted in accordance with the "drought" regulations of the Ain prefecture. The best part of this cottage: utilities included, sheets provided.
