Staff friendly and welcoming. We arrived nearly 2hrs early and the hotel allowed us an early check in. Room of good size. Didnt like the open bathroom concept, but thats me. Room was uncomfortably hot as room a/c set at 23c minimum and couldnt open door to cool due to noise from a nearby travelling fair. Breakfast ok, lits of choice. Sunbeds around both pools were a little tired. Main pool small and compact . Close to bus station.

Chambre confortable et propre, avec tout le necessaire , literie agréable. Salle de bains / WC propres bien équipés. Balcon avec 2 chaises et 1 table , vue sur la piscine. Il manque juste une poubelle dans la chambre en plus de celle des toilettes et 2 coussins supplémentaires. Chambre et hotel très calme , bien que quasi plein. Salle à manger un peu cantine mais avec du personnel sympathique et accueillant, énormément de choix aux buffets petits dejeuners et diners , avec des plats bons et très variés. Dommage qu au moins 1 bouteille d eau plate ne soit pas offerte à chaque repas. Grande piscine entretenue et propre , 3 jaccuzzis propres aussi et agréables. Personnel au top.

Séjour agréable. Accueil très sympathique en plusieurs langues possible. Hotel propre, plutôt calme et confortable. Grande piscine, jacuzzi très sympa. Le personnel est disponible et sait répondre à nos attentes. Petit bémol au repas, les entrées sont toujours un peu les mêmes.

Hotel dans un quartier sans interet ( sauf marché le jeudi) mais assez proche du centre. Pas de vue. Piscine et jaccuzzi extérieurs chauffés. Restaurant en sous sol Nourriture bonne et variée. Chambre exigue et très sombre en rdc et donnant sur un mur. Impossible de voir le ciel!! Le eapport qualité prix est cependant correct

Le premier jour on a dû demander de nous rechanger les draps car ils étaient sales avec des cheveux et des taches et la dame de ménage est arrivé et a secoué les draps et voulait partir. J’ai demandé si elle allait pas les échanges et elle a dis qu’elle avait secoué et j’ai dis que je dormirais pas dans des draps sales et c’est là qu’elle les a changé. Après certaines personnes du services étaient pas trop sympathiques comme le monsieur qui était aux petits déjs le matin il était toujours pressé qu’on parte et les bonjours étais pas pour lui. Sinon en général cetais sympa et certaines personnes du services étaient très gentils

1 nuit dans cet hôtel en demi-pension :repas du soir et petit déjeuner dans un sous sol sans fenêtre avec chariots assiettes / couverts etc sales que les agents bougent sans arrêt pour ranger pendant le service.Accueil moyen pas trop d’explications / chambre bien équipée et bon lit / jolie piscine et jacouzzi…parking 22 euros la journée…une honte !
