To know before booking:
At your arrival you will pay some extra:
-The guest has to pay a tourist tax of € 1 per day, per guest aged 16 or over. This figure is not included in the price and should be paid directly to the host.
-Laundry and cleaning service: 100€
-Heating (when needed): 10€ per day
-Late check-in (after 7 pm): 20€

We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets and pillow cases and towels and free WI-FI.

A security deposit of € 200,00 is required at check-in time.

Appartamento Da Mary is a wonderful apartment, located on the first floor of a small building,with a lake view terrace in common, just within walking distance from the lake front of Maderno, where you can find free or well furnished beaches and boat service, for all the village of Lake Garda.

It is also just 5 minutes walking from all the main attractions: Lake front, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. So, you can forget your car and enjoy your holiday.
Our location consist in: openspace kitchen,living room,a double bedroom,a tree bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony. We also have lift and garage.
In common with othr flats, there is a wonderful terrace at the top of the building. It is provided with sunbeds and a table where you can stay and relax.

The apartment is suitable for families with children, but also for people who want to appreciate the charm of our Lake and relaxing.
The accomodation is available in summer and also in winter because is heated autonomously.



TOSCOLANO-MADERNO lies on a large promontory enclosed between the romantic port of Toscolano and the suggestive gulf of Maderno. The area has a very special microclimate, comparable to the Mediterranean climate.
The municipality of Toscolano-Maderno is located on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, 40 km from Brescia city.

Toscolano and Maderno are two distinct centers: Maderno was mainly a tourist area. Toscolano instead has an industrial origin thanks to the paper mills that at the time printed money until 1948. Now there is just one paper mills left and an interesting museum located inside the village, in a valley between waterfalls and woods. The VALLEY OF CARTIERE so called, can be reached on foot or on horseback from different countries with different routes.

The two centers are ideally divided by the Toscolano stream. It seems that Toscolano has Etruscan origins and Maderno has Roman origins. In 1928 the two villages were united in one municipality.

To witness the importance of Toscolano-Maderno, that once was the capital of the Riviera del Garda, we find the Church of Toscolano of Saints Peter and Paul, the ancient sanctuary of Our Lady of Benaco, the Basilica of Sant'Andrea a maderno and other palaces and monuments.

After the war the hotel industry has developed considerably and is now the main economic activity.

The area of toscolano-maderno is particularly suitable for those who love long walks and mountain-bike trails.
