This beautiful two-room apartment for summer rental is about 1 km from the beach of Cala Moresca, about 1 km from the beach of Porto Frailis, it is not far from the port and marina of Arbatax and a few minutes by car from the center of Tortolì, full of shops and business. The location is ideal as a starting point to reach all the beauties of the Ogliastra province. The area near the Residence is equipped with all services, including a supermarket and pharmacy. Tortolì-Arbatax is the economic center of the small province and offers everything a tourist may need.
