This house is newly built and decorated in a modern style, it is located less than 4 kilometers from the beaches of Torrox and perfectly located to visit the nearby provinces.

The house has a double bedroom with two beds and a double bedroom with a double bed. It also has two bathrooms with a shower, one of which can be accessed both inside the house and from the pool area.

A modern fully equipped American kitchen. A cozy dining room.

In the outdoor area there is a porch with a table and chairs to eat and an area with armchairs to rest. A private pool with sun loungers and fantastic views of the sea.

The access road to the house is 100 metres long and paved, characterised by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

Very enjoyable stay

The property was vey clean and was as advertised. It was well furnished and contained everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The garden had sunshine all day and a lovely pool to cool off in when needed. We would recommend this villa.

Een gezellig huisje

We werden de avond van aankomst warm ontvangen door Carmen en Diego ook al waren we naar de late kant. Het huisje was tip top in orde en we kregen een rondleiding zodat alles duidelijk was. Zowel de tuin als het huisje zelf waren zeer netjes onderhouden. Pluim voor de eigenaars. Als we vragen hadden konden we Carmen en Diego altijd via whatsapp bereiken en dat vond ik zeker een pluspunt. We hebben leuke uitstapjes kunnen maken omdat er veel in de buurt was om naartoe te rijden. Ons gezin heeft een heel leuke vakantie gehad en we zijn goed uitgerust terug naar Nederland gevlogen. Ik raad het huisje zeker aan.
