Fantastic oceanfront apartment

Spacious apartment (100m2) located in front of the sea in building with elevator. The property consists of two rooms with sea views and two bathrooms, the main room with en suite bathroom. The other room has two single beds plus two other optional. Large living room with direct window to the sea, and exit to a terrace of 6 m2, and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is located in an urbanization with two swimming pools (one for children) and tennis courts, indoor soccer and basketball.

Free parking next to the urbanization. Pharmacy, supermarket, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The climate of Torrox is known as "The best climate in Europe" with an average temperature of 18 ° throughout the year.

Amazing view right on beach. Hmmmm only advice I could give them, might be to provide soap, shampoo…and perhaps a beach umbrella…they had 2 beach chairs and some treats at apt….was appreciated, also a bit of coffee beans etc…would be helpful for first day.

Fabulous Beachfront Apartment

We stayed one week in this apartment. The property is everything and more than the listing description. It is very roomy. The beds are comfortable, the linens/towels nice quality. Kitchen appliances and serve/cook ware very adequate including a large refrigerator and small dishwasher. Also, a newer washing machine and drying rack. Great for longer stays.The location is wonderful - right on the beach with only the boardwalk between you and the sea. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you are high enough for great views plus noise reduction during the day.You literally hear the gentle sound of the sea all the time - very relaxing.Surrounded by many restaurants and a flat boardwalk; larger grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Lovely Stay

The apartment is beautifully located, overlooking the marine promenade and beach and has all the basic essentials for self-catering, with a number of restaurants and a large supermarket within easy walking distance; we loved Don Arroz! The owner was very helpful up to and during our stay, responding quickly to any queries we had. Overall, a lovely holiday.

We loved the property, the location the amenities within the apartment. We didn’t eat in the property but if we had, everything you need from a snack to a full family meal was available. This apartment is front line facing the sea on the paseo, with fabulous views from the numerous windows of the unit and the balcony. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a generous entryway for shoes and unpacking. Restaurants galore directly below and all along the paseo and side streets. One block from the Monday market, few blocks to supermarket and banks. Restaurants directly below do not offer music so nice and quiet, but close enough if you do want live music offerings of a variety of genre. Communications with Elena easy and informative and - any problems or concerns are dealt with promptly, Elena is very accommodating and flexible Check in was a breeze - knowledge of Spanish helpful but not necessary. Very good value for the price...

Beautiful view, nice and clean apartment

We've stayed in the apartment in Jun/Jul 2021.The apartment is equipped for basic stay. Got all what needed for short stay. The stunning views from the balcony and living room are amazing. Only one thing worth to mention to the owner, small welcome pack would be nice. Especially for evening arrivals.

We had a great stay here in May 2019. The location is perfect: right on the beach, with its numerous bars and restaurants, and close to local shops and supermarkets. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. Owners were very helpful. We would definitely book this again next time we visit Torrox.
