Tout d'abord, je tiens à dire que l'agence CEIGRUP sur place est très professionnelle et réactive. Le contact a été excellent et la réactivité pour résoudre les quelques problèmes que nous avons eu parfaite. Maintenant , concernant le logement: - décoration et aménagement à revoir car ne correspondant plus du tout au standards actuels. Meubles encombrants et très datés. - cuisinière à gaz ajoutée dans la cuisine avec un système d'alimentation en gaz complétement en dehors de tout normes de sécurité (normes françaises). Les tuyauteries sont raccordées via des colliers serflex à une bouteille de gaz. - la machine à laver est positionnée dans le local servant de buanderie mais avec impossibilité de se mettre en face d'elle. De plus, le tuyau de vidange est fixé à l'aide de scotch sur l'alimentation en eau pour pouvoir se déverser dans le bac à linge. - des taches importantes sur les encadrements de fenêtres. - l'intérieur des placards (cuisine et chambres) sent le renfermé. - dotation en vaisselle "bizarre"; plus d'une dizaine de chopes et de verres alors qu'il n'y a que 2 casseroles et pas de poêle ni d'économe. Heureusement qu'il y avait un balcon (un peu encombré toutefois) avec vue sur la mer.
