Beautiful villa with private swimming pool located in "Torre Ovo" on the north coast of Salento (Ionian side) not far from a beautiful sandy beach easily reachable on foot. Situated on a natural hillock, far from the traffic, and surrounded by olive trees, thyme, rosemary and myrtle plants, Villa La Samia enjoys a beautiful garden, a spacious terrace and several cool rooms where you can spend pleasant days in the open air, sipping a glass of the typical wine of the area "Primitivo di Manduria". The scents of the Mediterranean maquis, combined with a courteous and attentive service offered directly by the owners of the villa, will make your holiday a pleasant moment and an unforgettable memory. The house, which consists of a main body and a nineteenth century trullo (with independent access), has been renovated in full respect of local materials and construction techniques. The main house includes the living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. While the trullo houses the third bedroom with private bathroom. The furnishings are simple, but in perfect harmony with the colours and style of the building and contribute to make the atmosphere of the house even more welcoming. There are all the most modern comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher and washing machine. The excellent location of Villa La Samia also allows you to easily reach by car many other beautiful beaches of Salento and the famous tourist resorts of Porto Cesareo, Lecce and Gallipoli.
