Great stay

A super great,friendly accomodation with very friendly uncomplicated Hosts. The Fridge was stocked , fresh towels came just like that and we could asked for anything . We had a hotplate with us. You can be at the lake in 7 minutes bY car. It was a wonderful Holiday.

The balcony was terrific, view Outstanding. These made up for any deficiencies. Renters should be aware of the space limitations of the bathroom and “kitchen” areas.

Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und antworten schnell. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber. Damit sind die Vorteile zu Ende. Das Objekt ist schwer zu finden. In der Beschreibung stand es wäre ein Ofen und eine Waschmaschine und diverse andere Dinge vorhanden. Es gibt weder eine Kochgelegenheit, noch eine Spüle. Ich habe in der Dusche das Frühstücksgeschirr abgespült. Es ist zwar eine große Salatschüssel zum Spülen da, aber es fehlt an Ablagemöglichkeiten für das nasse Geschirr. Kleiderschrank oder Kommode für Kleidung? Fehlanzeige! Wir haben aus den Koffern gelebt. Waschmaschine oder Wäscheständer sind nicht vorhanden. Es ist nur eine Garderobe mit Kleiderstange verfügbar. Im Bad riecht es unangenehm. Vermutlich müssten die Rohre mal gereinigt werden. Für Regentage ist die Wohnung absolut ungeeignet. Der Garten ist jedoch ganz hübsch. Menschen, die nicht mehr so fit sind, sind allerdings auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Stadt ist zwar fußläufig erreichbar, aber die Wege sind sehr steil. Für diese Ausstattung ist die Wohnung zu teuer und die Unterkunftsdetails auf FeWo sind falsch.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Sauber, hübsch, toller Ausblick und eine nette Familie! Besonders für kürzere Aufenthalte geeignet, da auf Dauer wahrscheinlich eine Küche fehlen würde. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt die Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber, so hatten Sie eine Überraschung parat anlässlich eines Geburtstages.

Verblijf met zicht op het meer

We werden vriendelijk onthaald door Aldo, de eigenaar van het appartement. Het zicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig. In de accomodatie zelf misten we toch wel een zetel waar we 's avonds gebruik van konden maken als het op het terras te koud werd, alsook een kleine keuken waar we onze afwas van het ontbijt konden doen. Anderzijds was onze koelkast gevuld met alles wat we nodig hadden voor het ontbijt . De aanwezigheid van airco in de slaapkamer maakte het verblijf tijdens de warme periode aangenaam.

Ist zu Empfehlen

Die Anreise war ein wenig turbulent, da die Hausnummer nicht mit der Beschreibung identisch ist.Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und zwei Kleine Hunde.Die 2 Zimmer sind sind mit zwei sehr bequen Betten ausgestattet.Die kleine Küche ist leider sehr provisorisch aufgestellt, keine ablagefläche, spülen muss man im Bad, das sehr umständlich ist. Aber machbar.Kühlschrank, wasserkocher und co sind bereitgestellt und für das Frühstück ist gesorgt, Toast und Toaster sollte mitgebracht werden, da nur Zwieback als Brot bereitgestellt wurde. Hatten wir dabei. Und sind danach in Affi zum einkaufen.Wlan gab es umsonst ,ist aber sehr störanfällig, aussetzter über mehrere stunden.Der Satelliten empfang konnte nicht Eingestellt werden.Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, auch zum Heizen.Den Balkon konnten wir Wetterbedingt nicht nutzen, aber die Aussicht ist wunderschön.Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und unsere zwei Hunde auch.Ich hoffe wir dürfen wieder kommen, due Gastgeber sind sehr angenehm, und können auch gut Deutsch verstehen.Es war sehr schön, über die Weihnachtsfeiertage.. ..

Erst einmal die Kommunikation: 5 Sterne sehr sehr nett und herzlich - eine super genaue Wegbeschreibung Wir wurden mit einer wundervollen Obstschale begrüßt, der Kühlschrank var voll mit Worst, Käse, Marmelade und Getränken. 5 Sterne 🌟 Sauberkeit: Alles perfekt 5 Sterne Der Ausblick: Einfach toll 5 Sterne Das einzige Manko: Die Matratze im Kleinen Zimmer war sehr Hart, Buckelig und Durchgelegen Leider nur 3 Sterne Aber insgesamt sehr schön Kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen. ( Die Matratze wird bestimmt noch ausgetauscht ☺️ ) Trotzdem 5 Sterne

Propriétaire très agréable et serviable dommage que la langue nous sépare . Parle trés peu le français . Le Wi-Fi passe à 85% . Au niveau du logement il manque une gazinière cela n'est pas précisé que le logement est un logement break fast . Trés belle vue sur le lac et bien situé . Adresse difficement trouvable malgré le GPS .

FEWO war schwierig zu finden wenn von Berg runter kommend daher besser die FEWO Nr. 792 (neue Nr. Statt 34) von Seeseite her anfahren. Den Ort Albisano durchfahren, ca. 100 Meter rechts ein schmaler steiler schwarz geteerter Weg führt nach oben. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich sprechen aber wenig deutsch. Das Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten. Die Fewo hat einen Ventilator keine Klima. Aud der Terasse lässt es sich den ganzen Tag geschützt im Schatten sitzen auch seitlich im Garten

Das Haus (Adresse) ist etwas schwierig zu finden, sogar mit Navi nicht einfach. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, auch der Garten und das Haus sehr schön.
