could have been a great hotel if staff were honest
the room i ordered from expedia included free parking which was written clearly in the voucher. when checked in i was told that expedia can write whatever they want in the confirmation email and in the offer the publish on their website and that if i'd like to use the parking i'd have to pay 10 EUR per day. except for the breakfest waiter who was kind and professional the front desk staff wasn't as nice as they should be, nor spoke well english which made it a lot more difficult to mannage with them.
over all i'm dissapointed both of the hotel which wasn't honest and with expedia that never agreed to take responsibility on the mistake nor even suggested any kind of compensation for the extra money i was chraged for using the parking which should have been free.
on top of all, when tryed to make special request prior to vacation the hotel just ignored my emails and requests and not even refused.
and one thing that you should know before booking- the hotel is just infront of the fairy which cross the lake and many rooms have a view to a public parking lot which doesn't reflect the beauty of the area.
