The 85 ㎡ apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and cable TV. Wake up in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and relax in your private garden, situated at the rear of the property. Tolle Ferienwohnung für Familien!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung lag nur einen Katzensprung vom Gardasee entfernt. Nur ein paar Schritte am Ufer entlag gab es eine tolle Stelle zum Baden und Sonnen. Die enthaltene Garage war gut erreichbar und auch unser Bus hatte darin Platz. Ein echtes Plus, bei der eher schwierigen Parkplatzsituation rund um den See. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin traf uns vor Ort und erklärte uns alles. Kommunikation war in Englisch und Italienisch möglich. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und supersauber. Wir haben oft gekocht, was in der gut ausgestatteten Küche sehr gut möglich war. Toll waren auch die Balkone. Von einem hatte man einem fantastischen Ausblick auf den See und konnte den Tag hier sehr gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für unsere vielen Unternehmungen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus liegt wunderschön über dem Gardasee

Pros: Das Haus liegt optimal. Der Ort ist ruhig. Kein Straßenlärm. Baden zu Fuß in 3 min. Sonne morgens auf dem einen Balkon. Sonnenuntergang auf dem anderen Balkon. Zwei Doppelbetten. Ideal für ein Paar wenn einer nachts schnarcht. Das hat uns den Urlaub erhalten. Cons: Nichts zu meckern

Pros: Exzellente Lage, nette Vermieterin, problemlose Verständigung. Traumhafter Blick auf den See. Cons: Die Zufahrt ist wirklich sehr schwierig. Die Vermieterin sollte bereits in die Ausschreibung Angaben dazu machen, wo die kleine Via Fornare genau abgeht und dass diese enge, steile, kurvige Straße in einem grauenhaften, erbärmlichen Zustand ist (mehr große Schlaglöcher als geteerte Anteile). Sie sollte die Elektrik der Garagenzufahrt und das Garagentor reparieren lassen. Es macht keine Freude, jeden Tag von Neuem mit den technischen Mängeln zu tun zu haben. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet, ggf. auch für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, aber keinesfalls für 6 Personen.
