Studio for rent in a tourist area with developed infrastructure! The area of the studio is 23 m2, consists of a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Designed for 2 people (no animals!). There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. There are many cafes and bars nearby, a supermarket "Consum" on the next street, a pharmacy and a public transport stop nearby. The sea and two city beaches Los Locos and Del Cura are 350 and 600 meters away, respectively! Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited! The fine for violation is 200 euros!

An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays.
