First, there's the communal gate, and then you’ll find the private gate for the house. Once you pass through the private gate, you will enter the sunny L-shaped garden that encircles the house. You will be greeted by native succulents, an orange tree, a loquat tree, and two sun loungers. Across from the gate is the entrance to the house. Upon entering, you will step into the open living room and kitchen area. Above your head, you will find the first air conditioning unit. On your right, there is a space for coats and shoes, as well as a dedicated office space with a lovely table and chair. On your left, you will find the living room with an L-shaped couch, a large smart TV, and a coffee table. Behind the TV, you will see one set of wine glasses out of the two sets available on the property. Straight ahead is the new kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and baking during your stay. It includes a four-burner induction stove, an oven, a built-in fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a water heater. There are also various pots, pans, and bowls provided together with all the utensils. Through the double glass doors in the living room, you will find the dining area. This area features a lower dining table and lounge furniture, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Continuing further into the house, the first bedroom is on your left. This room has two single beds with a shared nightstand and reading lamp, as well as a fitted cupboard for clothes. The colors are vibrant and inviting. The second bedroom, adjacent to the first, offers a queen-size bed with two nightstands and another fitted cupboard. This room hosts the second air conditioning unit on the property. The style and colours in this room are modern, and elegant and promote relaxation. Just across from the master bedroom, you'll discover a well-appointed bathroom that has all the essentials. It features a refreshing shower with shower gel and shampoo, ensuring a pleasant stay. The toilet is stocked with two rolls of toilet paper, and the sink is accompanied by a spacious mirror above and a hair dryer stored in the drawers below. Additionally, you'll find a top-load washing machine next to the sink, allowing you to conveniently do laundry if desired. For your convenience, we have provided 3 washing pods on-site. Finding the communal pool is a breeze! Just step out of your gate and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the next intersection, where you'll turn left once more. And there it is the pool right in front of you. To access the pool area, simply go around the corner. You will be entering the urbanization through a communal gate, but after about 5 metres, you will reach the private gate to this home. You will have access to the entire home and the garden by yourself without any restricted areas. The pool and garden are for communal use, so you will be sharing with the other residents of the urbanization. There is free parking on the street.
