"Cozy holiday house" is a comfortable, autentic spanish apartment located in one of the most famous towns on the Costa Blanca - Torrevieja (La Mata). The bungalow has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, one terrace front and other terrace surrounded garden. The complex has a great swimming pool and tennis court. To the nearest shopping center, restaurants is about 200 m, to the nice sandy beach is 300 m. Nearby also there are wild beach, dunes and park. Children's playground. Water park.

Casa mal distribuida

La casa es mucho más pequeña que en las imágenes. Las habitaciones están separadas entre sí por una cristalera por lo que para acceder a una habitación tienes que pasar por la otra. El acceso a la piscina está en otra urbanización. Tienes que pasar por todas las habitaciones, salir de la urbanización, cruzar una carretera y acceder a la piscina. La ducha del baño es muy estrecha (una persona mayor o con dificultad de movilidad no puede acceder correctamente). Las imágenes deberían mostrar más claramente la distribución de la casa.
