We offer for tourist rent a one-bedroom apartment within walking distance of the sea and the beach! The apartment is 51 m2 and consists of a living room, bedroom, American-style kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The bedroom has air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is no elevator! The area has well-developed infrastructure. Two supermarkets "Consum" are 300 meters away, the Russian store "Kalinka" is 350 meters away. The nearest ATM is 200 meters away. The bus station is about 600 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are 650 meters away! Accommodation option - 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! The fine for violation is 200 euros!
