For rent a bright two-bedroom apartment 270 meters from the popular city beach Los Locos. The 66 m2 apartment consists of a salon, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and rest: furniture, household electrical appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has an air conditioner. The infrastructure is well developed in the area. Within a radius of 200 meters, there are three grocery department stores, including "Consum". Within walking distance there are many bars and restaurants, a pharmacy. The sea and the beach are 270 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! Renting a baby cot and highchair costs 20 euros per stay.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
