good location in town

this was my fourth stay in atlas and have another two stays booked already always find the complex and apartments clean and tidy and staff helpful complex is very secure for families with children within walking distance to the beach supermarket and other attractions in the area would recommend aparthotel atlas anytime and will continue to use as I go over as often as possible to visit friends

Room was basic budget but we expected that. Room was very clean. Our issue was with Reception or lack of it. We had to wait 20 minutes to get into the hotel, had to call three times before someone appeared to let us in. After checking out, we thought we had maybe left a phone charger behind as could not find it. Despite going back twice and phoning several times we could not make contact. Basically, Reception is hardly ever manned which to us was a major concern should we have had any kind of problem or emergency, no-one there to assist.

Bad location and no service

Difficult to find. Construction around hotel. Residential area no restaurants nor shops nearby. The beach is a long difficult walk. No one greeted us. A construction worker had to let us in . The kitchen appliances were dirty. Couch was crumbling. View in the morning was beautiful. And the place is spacious. Pool looked nice. Did not see any staff the whole visit.

Small and friendly

This was a small complex with only 16 apartments so was nice and quiet. The owners could do with lavishing some TLC around the pool area. The sunbeds all need replacing as they are all broken. The rooms are very clean with almost everything you need in them. If the owners spent some money on providing comfortable pool and patio furniture this little hotel would be wonderful. There is a lovely friendly bar (Domino Bar)about 5 minutes walk from the apartments and the food and service were excellent. The aparthotel are also missing out on making themselves some profit as they could easily sell some basic supplies. We arrived really late and there was nowhere to buy a bottle of water etc. The hotel could sell a basic welcome pack with water, bread etc which would help out guests arriving late in the evening. With a little TLC I would most definitely return.

Booked to be close to the local hospital. It was somewhere to stay and rest but I would not book again unless I needed to be bear the hospital. Basic accommodation with small kitchenette kitchen was not clean, remnants of previous occupants food in sink and ants in the evening living room nice but basic, couldn't get tv to work but used wifi for netflix heaters on wall work well. Nowhere to eat unless you want to walk. Aparthote doesn't offer an eatery.

Short break

Nice clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Very quiet area on outskirts of Torrevieja, 1hr walk or €10 taxi to main town centre and large beaches, 10 min walk to a few pubs and restaurants.

A nice friendly place to stay.

We've stayed here several times,the staff are friendly and very helpful.The Apartment/Hotel is in a great position handy for the town and the many clean beaches in the area,with a number of good restaurants and friendly local bars within walking distance.Our only gripe would be the showers in the rooms need updating.But I would recommend Atlas A/Hotel to anyone.

The place is dirty with no services. There are no shops close and no buses. It would cost 25 euros to the nearest supermarket.

good enough just for a base to venture out from

would I stay again, .....yes, if they correct the following. there were various small problems that made it hard work. first and major one is reception staff. a sign on the door indicates when reception is open, yet time after time we attended only to find the place locked up and no one around. the worst was when the card used to activate the electricity for the room stopped working. no one in reception, we had to wait 40 minutes in the dark and cold in our room, until some one appeared in the office! (we kept having to go check every few minutes). Another problem was supposedly 'clean' crockery was dirty with previous users food and drink stains, I had to wash up before we even had a cuppa. I sat on the bed and it sunk to the base! however, I have to admit I did sleep ok. had one long pillow across from one side to the other, when one of us wanted to move it the other had to move too, was weird. thin walls, could hear next doors talking and tv on, yet they weren't particularly being loud. anyway, that's enough grumbling, it served its purpose for the few days we booked it for.

This place should be closed

Booked a ten day stay,not a good idea! Room not secure,patio door broken, fridge not working ie freezing everything in it,all food put in totally frozen solid.Reported to receptionist next day, one week later still nothing done about it. Stayed seven nights and moved to a different hotel,as no cleaning done,bed change etc in a week,take out your own rubbish etc. Returned to hotel nine days later,fridge still broken,patio door still broken,removed remainder of our possessions and checked out.Nobody at reception,phoned number on door.Gentleman appeared later in reception,explained my concerns and requested a complaints form which he refused to give me,his response was " your problems, not mine " .Paid remainder in cash also returning safe key. Did not give me a receipt for any payments made.

Needs upgraded!

Nice safe quiet hotel but quite shabby. The bathroom was in need of total upgrading, two mirrors on the wall 6" square one down low and one up high neither was within my vision. The place was very dark and dismal.The furniture had cigarette burns on it and the balcony furniture was ready to collapse. The bed was cheap and squeaky. It's off the beaten track, one needs a car and there is only street parking. We only saw a member of staff on arrival not again.
