Améliorations à prévoir

L'ensemble de la location est correct mais il y a à redire sur le ménage et le linge fourni. Une seule paire de draps pour 3 semaines dont un trop petit (pour un lit de 1 personne). Draps, taies d'oreiller et serviettes de toilette avaient une odeur tenace de renfermé: nous avons dû les relaver. Pas de torchons de cuisine. Il y a un sérieux doute quant au ménage final: le formulaire d'arrivée précise Nettoyage sur place Obl donc cette prestation annexe est obligatoire avec un forfait minimum payable à l'arrivée. Or, dans la location une affiche précise (photo à votre disposition) :"Le nettoyage en fin de séjour peut être commandé auprès de Novasol, contre supplément". Il n'y a donc pas de caractère obligatoire. Nous avons d'ailleurs quitté la location plus propre qu'à notre arrivée. Merci de bien vouloir nous préciser à quoi sert la somme forfaitaire versée à tort que nous sommes en droit de vous en demander le remboursement.
