Horrible internet. Shower with low pressure. Refrigerator in the room didn't work. There was no parking at the hotel itself, which we were only told about at check-in. Very noisy room! In other words, a bad experience. We had two nights, we only stayed one.

O hotel diz que tem acesso ilodade mas levei minha mãe cadeirante e não encontrei a acessibilidade A entrada tem uma lajota péssima . Ninguém do hotel veio nos ajudar com as malas. A janela do quarto estava sem trico, o que traz problemas de segurança. A proteção acústica do apartamento no segundo piso era ruim pois ele ficava bem ao lado do restaurante, trazendo ruídos de funcionários, pratos, talheres, etc. Caberia uma janela com maior proteção ou alocar o restaurante em uma área diferente. Além disso, poderiam avaliar construir um estacionamento mais amplo em algum imovel anexo.

O café da manhã achei excelente, sugiro mais variedades para quem é intolerante a lactose. Em relação ao quarto, os lencois estavam com."furinhos" de traças... A limpeza do quarto e atendentes são muito educados. Em relação a recepção quando cheguei achei educados, mas não acolhedores.
