Inside El Ranchito (Little Ranch) you have an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, looking out to the garden via a large window, ensuring lots of natural light fills this beautiful villa. The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated in turquoise and white giving the feel of being by the seaside and the bathrooms follow the same theme and offers large walk in showers. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide, alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 76m, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The path to the pool area is 157cm wide. The terrace is open and flat, whilst there is a small lip over the patio doors. The terrace is a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There are 17 steps to the roof terrace. This is a ground-floor property, where the doors into the twin bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are 70cm wide.
