Welcome to this lovely penthouse in Torremolinos, quietly located near El Pinillo train station (just a 10-minute walk). The apartment is close to everything you could wish for on holiday: the beach is a pleasant 18-minute stroll away, as is the vibrant Puerto Marina in Benalmádena. Grocery stores and charming restaurants are conveniently located just around the corner.
The penthouse is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, swimming pool, and much more.
The Space:
When you step into the apartment you are greeted by the large and social living room on the left, where you have a wide sofa group, large Smart TV with international channels and a dining group for 6 people. You have a lovely balcony with sea views, a view of the pool and a beautiful view of the Benalmadena skyline in the evening.
To the left as you step in through the front door you have the fully equipped and modern kitchen, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, micro and everything you could possibly need to cook.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a double bedroom and a bedroom, which in the pictures have a red sofa bed but which is currently a new modern bunk bed.
Upstairs is the third bedroom with its own TV and space for a laptop. From the bedroom you will also reach up to both terraces with sunbeds and sun from morning to evening.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI and A / C in all rooms, Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, pool and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
