Welcome to Los Alamos and this lovely apartment located in Urb Alamar, less than 200m from the one mile beach of Torremolinos and the Mediterranean. The area around the apartment is quiet with the proximity to Plaza Major and McArthurGlen Designer Outlet and less than 5 minutes from Malaga airport. And just a couple of minutes walk from Los Alamos train station, which quickly takes you to Malaga airport, Malaga city, Torremolins, Fuengirola and Benalmádena. Nearby you also have supermarkets, restaurants, meeting places on the beach and much more. In the building there is also a community pool. There is also private parking in the garage. When you walk in the door, you're greeted by a brand new apartment home with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. Here you also have a breakfast bar. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa bed and a large smart tv. Further outside, on the balcony, there is a dining room with afternoon sun. The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed and its own cozy balcony with chairs. For the rest, the apartment is fully equipped with A/C in each room, private parking, community pool, dishwasher and washing machine, WIFI, Smart-TV and much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of sheets and towels per person. Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
