Magnificent Apartment in Torremolinos

Apartment completely renovated with kitchen and bathroom COMPLETELY EQUIPPED and NEW. The large window being a tenth floor, will make you have PERFECT DAWN with views of the sea or mountains. Both the SHEETS and the BATH TOWELS are FREE. Building is quiet, which has RECEPTION and MONITORING 24h. It has a large pool with communal gardens to enjoy with the family.

Magnificent apartment located very close to Malaga airport, just 8 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade.

As for transport, it has public and private parking just below the building, but if you do not want to use the car, there is the local train that runs through the province of Malaga, and a taxi stand right at the door.

One of the commuter train stops is the Plaza Mayor shopping center where you can find all kinds of shops, as well as a supermarket, cinema and games rooms.

Los Alamos Beach, which you can walk to, is full of beach bars and pubs where you can eat and enjoy both day and night.

If you feel like more sports, next to the golf course and the Maritime promenade for skating or jogging

Mattress & futon are NOT sanitary. The mattress had blood and yellow stains & smelled like urine.

Very good value for money, apartment is very clean and up to date..

Apartments location is ideal for train journeys all along the Costa del Sol,, when we found a shortcut, it's about 200 yards to La Colina station.. The Hill to and from Promenade though is quite a walk if no longer a youngster. Apartment has been completely refurbished throughout, and can sleep 4 as the sofa converts to Bed.. The reception staff we found to be very helpful and friendly,, when we asked for info how to get to Nerja, we would have never known to catch train to " Maria Zambrano"" station, then walk arround corner to bus station and catch bus to Nerja, we were very appreciative for the help from reception.. Please add a kettle to facilities, as us Brits like our cup of Tea..

Muy buena relacion calida - precio

El apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente. Persianas, ventanas, muebles de cocina, cuarto de baño, aire acondicionado, TV, etc. estan en muy buen estado salvo algun pequeño desperfecto que probablemente otros inquilinos han causado y aún no ha habido tiempo de repararlos, por ejemplo los toalleros del baño. Hay todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y electrodomesticos en muy buen estado. Hemos quedado muy contentos con la estancia.

El apartamento es muy pequeño lo más grande que tiene es el baño,la ropa de cama y baño bastante vieja. No tiene sitio para tender la ropa siendo un apartamento no hay nada para colgar las toallas de playa por ejemplo, ya que parece que la terraza la tienen con una cama
