Checking was a breeze, many amenities, including shuttle, free shuttle to the airport. Room was clean. The pool was perfect and they had food and cocktails for us just to relax before we go home.

The woman who checked us in was unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful, but the rest of the staff was truly outstanding. We encountered a problem with the remote not connecting to the air conditioner, which took three or four attempts to resolve, but they were patient and persistent in fixing it.

We booked this hotel to use airport shuttle but our flight departure was 6am and their airport shuttle was only from 5am so we were not able to use this shuttle service. What a disappointment it was.

This was a little gem of a hotel before a flight from Malaga the next day. Free airport transfer in 10 minutes. Excellent food and drink and an optional buffet breakfast for 15 euros.

I was here for a 2 night stay. The room was excellent value, spotless and the hotel facilities and the free transport were also very good. My review would have been 5 stars but my air conditioner started leaking on the second night, soaking part of my bed and pillow. I reported it to the reception and was told that it was caused because I must of turned it down too low (seems strange as I thought that was the purpose of an air conditioner), I explained that it started leaking when it was actually off and was told nobody was available to fix it and it would probably stop leaking in an hour or so. No offer of a room move or even a replacement pillow (one was given after I asked). A couple of hours later it did appear to have stopped but started dripping constantly through the night, I had to put towels down on the floor and move my bed to not get wet. This put a negative slant on an otherwise excellent stay, hopefully it was just bad luck on the ac unit which looked quite new but the staff response could have been better.
