When you walk out of the apartment you even don´t have cross a street to go to the beach and sea boulevard which are at about 60m .
The beach boulevard takes you to Torremolinos in one direction , and in the other direction to the beautiful luxury yacht port of Benalmadena at about 100m .

The apartment has 3 terraces , one on the east , one on the south and one on the west , so you can follow the sun , or shadow , as you wish , whole day long . There is also direct access to the garden in front of the apartment .

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax . It has a powerful aircon for cooling as well as for heating . It offers fast internet ( fibre optic ) , internet television, and a music player.

- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12pm. , but flexible when possible , please ask .

- There is no parking available at the property , but free parking in the street in front of the apartment .
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of €100.
