Located in the heart of the village of Torreilles and 3kms from its sandy beaches, beautiful family villa that can easily accommodate 4 people for a relaxing holiday.
The villa has everything necessary to offer you an optimal stay: Beautiful living room with sitting area (TV / DVD player / wi-fi), dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob) , dishwasher, coffee maker), a master bedroom, a children's room (sleeps 2 with pull-out bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC.

For your meals outside, private garden with furniture and barbecue available, 4 sunbeds, a parasol and self-supporting pool for the enjoyment of children.

Terrace at the front of the house, private parking in front of the garage.

On request: Provision of 2 bicycles (1 adult and 1 child).

Belle maison à l'emplacement idéal.

Très jolie maison bien agencée. La situation géographique est idéale : la quiétude d'un village alliée à la proximité de Perpignan et de la plage. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui est très sympathique et accueillante. Nous recommandons vivement.

Propreté impeccable, maison très bien agencée et équipée, proche du centre du village. Céline a été très accueillante et nous a bien aidé en trouvant un équipement pour notre bébé. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
