A lovely 3 bedroom Carmoli villa, perfect for families. The villa is located in a quiet area of the resort with only a couple of minutes’ walk from supermarket, the padel courts, mini golf course and the children’s play area. Next to the play area, you can enjoy table tennis and petanque.



A few more minutes’ walk and you’ll be on the Boulevard outside the Resort with numerous restaurants or at the hotel with a pub, restaurants and spa. Here you will also find the beautiful and well renowned Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.



The villa is a single storey, SOUTH FACING detached house with a private, heated pool, garden and spacious roof terrace. The pool is fenced in, making the outdoor area child friendly. The patio next to the pool is spacious with sunbeds and a barbeque.



A covered ground floor terrace gives shade on warm summer days and rooms a dining table for six, and on a large roof terrace, you can enjoy sun all day and watch the beautiful sunset at night.



The house contains 3 bedrooms and has air conditioning throughout as well as central heating. The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower and WC. The remaining bedrooms share a bathroom with a WC and shower/bathtub. The living room has a dining table for 6 ppl and a lounge area with a sofa and arm chairs and a flat screen TV with a BluRay player and a Chromecast.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishes/cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.



The accommodation is equipped with garden furniture, bbq, free internet (WIFI), air conditioning throughout, open-air parking, flat screen TV w/BluRay and Chromecast, TV-channels (in English, Spanish, Belgian, Flemish, Italian, German, Swiss), towels for bathroom and pool/beach, and bed linens.



The Resort is easily accessed from Alicante airport or Corvera airport, and there are several car hire agencies in the area that will meet you at the airport, so there is no need to stand in a long car hiring queue upon arrival.



Making time fly in the Resort is no problem, but if you wish to leave the premises, you’ll find beaches only 10 minutes away by car. The nearby towns are also worth exploring for leisure, shopping and dining.

Beautiful villa

This villa exceeded our expectation. It was spotlessly clean, with lovely furnishings and really comfy beds! There were so many extra things provided from beach towels to a kitchen full of absolutely everything you could possibly need! Another plus is the close proximity to the Spar shop and the boulevard with lots of different restaurants to choose from! Shamrock was our favourite by far! This is a beautiful villa on a beautiful, safe, well kept resort. Our 3rd time here over the last 10 years. Unfortunately a few of the restaurants onsite near the hotel have closed which is a real shame but there's plenty of choice walking distance on the boulevard that makes up for it! We will definitely be back again soon.
