Welcome to our beautiful Villa, please treat it like your home from home on the beautiful 5* Mar Menor Golf Resort. With a beautiful newly installed private pool (that can be heated) and air-conditioning throughout the villa it is perfect for a visit anytime of the year. The villa boast frontline golf views of the 3rd hole and is South facing with a beautiful terrace to watch the glorious sunsets. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from Gas Barbeque to beach towels but why not avail of the numerous bars and restaurants on the resort and boulevard all with minutes from the villa. Don't forgot the on resort Spar shop for everything you need along with MMR sports complex with Crazy Golf, Paddle Tennis, Steam rooms, Sauna and of course the 5* Ona Hotel and Spa with golf club at the bottom of the street from the villa. If you do want to venture away from the villa you are only 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach at Los Alcazares with water sports and many more activities and strip.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Villa are as lovely ideal for 4 off us. The rooms were clean but in the Main bedroom there was a damp smell but spoke to Joy( house manager) and she said she would look into it as there had been a bad storm the day before we arrived and it could have something to do with it. also 3rd bedroom is up a narrow flight off stairs and has no door. The heated pool was perfect and the location near the club house was fantastic. The whole complex is lovely, clean and secure. Nicola was brilliant at keeping in touch and gave us lots of useful information about the area. And Joy was also amazing at organising trips for us and also giving us lot’s of useful tips. overall Amazing and would definitely recommend if looking for a relaxing break

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed at Villa Le Gra for 10 days and we had a fantastic time. Nicola was a great host and provided lots of information and advice. I would definitely recommend staying here for families looking to have a great time.
