Stunning 2 bed apartment, located on Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort in Murcia. The beautifully decorated 1st floor apartment is overlooking the golf course with a large terrace to soak in the views and enjoy the sunshine!



The accommodation is equipped with: lift, garden furniture, Free internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French etc.) and a washing machine.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle are provided.





The development is a tranquil but never ghostly resort with a supermarket, clubhouse, restaurant / bar open all year round.



Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is next to two Spanish towns, Roldan and Balsicas, both a 5 minute drive away. The beaches of the Mar Menor are within a 15 minute drive away, the new CORVERA (Murcia International Airport, opened 15.01.2019) Airport is a 20 minute drive and Alicante Airport is a 45 minute drive. The capital of the region, Murcia and Cartagena the second largest city with it's fabulous port and Roman ruins are also a 20 minute drive. Both cities host a myriad of shops, bars, restaurants and shopping malls.
