The Property

Here is a stunning 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment on the popular Mar Menor Golf Resort which can sleep up to 6 people with a double sofa bed. Air con is through out the property with lovely swimming pool views from a glass terrace.



The accommodation is fully equipped with: garden furniture, sun loungers, terrace, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English etc.)



In the kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.



The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers and boasting a 5 star hotel newly named The Caleia Mar Menor Golf & Spa Resort.



Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week. Also on-site there are 6 x padel /tennis courts, table tennis tables, gym, trim trail course and crazy golf.



Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have an array of restaurants – including:



- Shamrock Lounge Irish Bar (excellent Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red

on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports

- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar
