This is a beautifully presented and fully equipped apartment on the five star Mar Menor Golf Resort in Torre Pacheco. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. It has a spacious lounge/dining room with the sofa converting into a double bed. The South facing terrace has views of the swimming pool and the lake which is surrounded by holes 13,14 and 15. There is air conditioning throughout, international cable TV and free Wi-Fi. There is free garage parking at the same building.



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and international Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
