Furnished to a high contemporary standard, this 2nd floor apartment sleeps 4 people and benefits from FULL-conditioning and central heating.



The apartment consists of a spacious sitting room leading to large balcony overlooking the communal pool. A fully equipped separate Kitchen, two well-proportioned double bedrooms each with SOUTH FACING balcony.

Located just a 10 minute walk away from a Supermarket and town centre with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars.

Situated just 15 minutes from Corvera airport or 60 minutes from Alicante. The resort is only 15 minutes from the stunning Costa Calida coast with its fabulous beaches.



With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.



The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.
