Welcome to the Mar Menor Golf Resort!



Move in with your family or friends in this beautiful apartment with great views of the golf course. The spacious vacation home offers you a fully equipped interior and coziness. The bedrooms offer you comfort and rest during the nights. The beautiful living room will offer you relaxing time on the sofa, however the large terrace with lounge furniture and dining table will become your natural meeting place. From here you will have a wonderful view of the golf course.

Also take advantage of the common area with swimming pools and experience fun time in the water and then relax on the sun loungers.



The beautiful golf course is open every day for you to pursue your hobby and swing the clubs. Away from the golf course you can reach the nearest sandy beaches in about 6 km distance. Here you can put your feet in the warm sand and jump into the refreshing waves.

You can also take a trip to the historic city of Cartagena. The old town offers you a variety of venerable buildings. Immerse yourself in the history of the city and enjoy a delicious coffee or ice cream in a café.

Nice location

The apartment has a nice location, close to golf practice area and views from the balcony over the 14th green (par3). Swimming pool close by. Good restaurants close to the resort. The apartment is as in the pictures. TV makes exception to this. Pictures suggest that it is a so called smart TV, but it is not. Only local antenna channels. No internet or wi-fi nor smartview capabilities, so no netflix etc. Wi-Fi itself works nicely. Some maintenance needed. Broken stuff out on the balconies. Front door locking from inside etc
