Nice location

The apartment has a nice location, close to golf practice area and views from the balcony over the 14th green (par3). Swimming pool close by. Good restaurants close to the resort. The apartment is as in the pictures. TV makes exception to this. Pictures suggest that it is a so called smart TV, but it is not. Only local antenna channels. No internet or wi-fi nor smartview capabilities, so no netflix etc. Wi-Fi itself works nicely. Some maintenance needed. Broken stuff out on the balconies. Front door locking from inside etc
