Yes! We welcome up to 2 pets. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and not left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, inside and outside the property.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is space available on the property for one car. There is further free on-street parking available if you are bringing more than one car.

Is smoking permitted?
No. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house as this would trigger the fire alarm system designed for guest safety. There would be a reset charge for this.

Are children and infants welcome?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. We provide travel cots and a highchair for your convenience—just let us know if you’ll need them.

Are group bookings or parties allowed? Yes, to family parties and events
No. Group bookings (e.g., stag/hen parties) are not permitted. We ask all guests to respect our neighbours and maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

There is a small charge for pets when your furry friends come to stay payable directly to the owner 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit is required to be paid directly to the owner 4 weeks prior to arrival.
