Perfectly positioned, Kaya is just a short 3-minute stroll to local conveniences including a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and a cozy wine bar. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away, while the popular Torquay Farmers Market—renowned for fresh, ethical produce and artisan goods—is just a 14-minute walk. You’ll also find nearby skateparks and playgrounds, making this a great location for guests of all ages.

The perfect abode for a large family will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs allowing guests into their own streaming channels (Netflix, Amazon etc), plus a selection of books and board games for the family.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. All linen and towels are provided for your stay.
Having transitioned to a work from anywhere world, the 2 well presented work spaces give you the option to keep a pulse on your business while sneaking in a stroll to beach for an espresso between meetings.

We also provide a portacot (BYO cot linen) and a highchair, please let us know in advance so it can be set up for you.

You will not have garage access but there is a enough parking for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of on-street parking.

No parties, no smoking inside the house allowed.

We are pet friendly, please let us know about your pet at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them.
