Lovely view but flat needs updating

Very bad communication from owner requiring me to phone Vrbo to obtain entry details when I arrived at the property. The flat has a lovely view over the sea and marina and has a lovely sunny terrace. The inside needs some redecorating and several of the lights didn't work. The flat was cold at night.
