With the CN Tower in perfect view from your balcony, and beautiful water views this location will ignite your senses and give you the full Toronto experience!
The space
This open concept condo boasts spacious city living with 10 foot ceilings, modern, comfortable furniture and hardwood floors throughout. Floor to ceiling windows and a spacious balcony bring plenty of light and fresh air into the home, allowing you gorgeous views of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. The sleek contemporary kitchen has quartz countertops, and built in stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner cook-top, oven, and fridge. This home also has front end loading washing machine and dryer.
Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to our state of the art 24 hour fitness studio located on the REC floor. There you will find our indoor hot tub, yoga studio, spin studio, massage room, steam room, and plenty of other heavy fitness equipment! ;)
As our guest you will have access to the private rooftop cabanas, BBQs, and infinity pool during the seasonal months. NOTE: Rooftop is Closed from October to April.
Free WiFi and our 50" 4K Chrome-Cast TV with Apple TV are available to use at your leisure.
*NO ONSITE PARKING*
Paid parking is available at 308 Front St W (just 60 metres away from the condo)
OR we would recommend checking out Parking Panda website for plenty of parking options, including the ability to make parking reservations.

Detailed instructions for Check-In and Check-Out will be emailed to you when you book with us. Because our cleaning staff requires a 3 hour window of time to clean the unit between guests, we would kindly ask that all guests adhere to our Check-In and Check-Out times.
