This is an exceptionally spacious luxury villa near Orba with commanding views down to the coast. The 3 bed-roomed, 2 bath-roomed accommodation (the lower part of a large private villa), has been superbly designed to a very high specification. Guests have exclusive use of the fabulous pool, outside summer kitchen with BBQ, several dining and relaxation terraces and landscaped gardens, sauna/fitness room for guest use. Separate doors from their shared front terrace access Luna and Willow apartments. Luna opens into a spacious open-plan sitting room/dining room with quality kitchen. The twin bedroom has a very large ensuite full bathroom and the lounge has two single beds if needed. Next door, Willow has a large double bedroom, adjoining twin bedroom plus a large shower room. Willow is accessed through a secure gateway. The owners occupy the top floor of the villa and have their own access. The gardens, terraces and pool are for exclusive use by guests. The property has WiFi internet access.
The villa features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
