The cabin was beautiful and looked the the pictures. We appreciated the amenities, although we wished the spa worked. It did have a sewage smell the entire time we were staying there, especially on the entire lower level. That was the main discomfort. We also wished we had a larger trash can outdoors. The cabin fits a lot of people so a bigger receptacle that accommodates the group size would have been helpful for landlords and renters.

Stinky dead rodent
The home is lovely and nicely furnished. It was clean when we arrived.
There is no place to store food other than on the counters. There are no accessible closets or anywhere to hang clothes.
We were only provided with one roll of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper and so had to drive 30 minutes each way to purchase those. The area is very remote and there aren't any stores nearby.
The home description states that all wheel drive is recommended. It should be more specific and detailed about the steepness and condition of the driveway. It is VERY steep and rough. I drive a truck with 4 wheel drive and it was rough even with that. My daughter got stuck and had to call a tow truck.
The worst part is that there is a rodent problem. We could hear them moving and scratching around in the walls on the lower level and there is a very bad odor in the lower level master. Probably a dead rodent in the wall.
We left a day early because of this.
