While the beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent, the room was dirty, especially the bathroom, and the room had an old smell of cigarettes. This place was cheap and for $65 on Orbitz, it was worth that if you just need a night or two of sleep. No ice or coffee maker, but there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Room outdated. Bathtub with big crack in it. The back door of the building was always open for anyone to walk into, so when we would come back to hotel late at night it did not feel safe. Hotel sits on a hwy junction in bad area. I tried to pay 20.00 for a two hour late check out they offer, but they refused and told me no. Free Breakfast was pathetic so we crossed the busy road and ate at McDonald’s. Charged me 250.00 a month out when I booked it, yet the day before it was only 200.00, and I could cancel and rebook or they would charge me $72.00 cancel fee. Horrible place. Do not stay here.

Well your cable was out all night. I was told that I could have a late checkout. Yes. Therefore, I arranged for my ride to come at 12 11 30 and then that morning, one of your workers there told me that there was none. And so I was sitting outside for about a good 30 minutes 45 minutes waiting for a ride. And the reason that happened was because you're employed. Maddie was new and informed me wrong. And the room was no smoking and it had a odor of either p or tobacco I couldn't decide

The room seemed very clean except for a some minor issues i noticed including Stains above the shower wall The security latch was falling off and didnt feel as secure as it should Rip in the sheets Remote control for tv was held together with tape but functioning Most things I wouldn't mind but others possibly will. i understand what i was getting into 😆
