--Pool is available seasonally, usually mid-May to mid-September. Please inquire about status prior to booking.
--Occasionally, we host private swim lessons in the pool, but they are only for a few hours at a time. Please inquire about swim lesson schedule prior to booking.
--Pool is unheated, but can be heated for an additional fee of $100/stay (3 day-stay). Depending on the weather, it might take overnight to get the pool up to temperature so if you want it heated, please arrange it ahead of time.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a travel crib. Change of towels is available on request.

Amazing location

Loved the location and had some great amenities: kayaks, pool, big dining room table. Some small things weren't available, but we contacted the owner and they got them to us within a few hours. Three main things that would have made the trip better 1. The availability of the grill wasnt immediate. We had to cook the steaks we purchased in a frying pan because we didn't get the grill until the day after we requested it. 2. The AC stopped working downstairs and then upstairs. Although they got someone out there to review it the next day and provided fans, the downstairs AC wasn't fixed while we were there. The upstairs self-resolved, but only after a warm night.3. The patio was amazing but there were lots of webs, dirt and leaves everywhere. We couldn't immediately enjoy the area and it took a little bit of effort to clean it off. It would be helpful of the cleaning crew I've done this before we got on property. It looked like they just focused more on the inside cleaning though.Last thing that I forgot to mention to the owner was a large hole in the patio fencing that posed as a safety hazard with the little ones. We just put one of the chairs in front of it but that's something that could be easily fixed.
