The African House, rural getaway between Ronda and Málaga
The African House is a unique rural house located in the National Park of Sierra de las Nieves, between Malaga and Ronda. You will enjoy breathtaking views, a huge private pool, large garden and playground for children (a tree house). Built according to the typical Andalusian architecture with high ceilings, a cozy loft and large outdoor green spaces, the house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, tv, wifi, barbecue) and has 4 bedrooms (two of them with private terrace) , full bathroom and private entrance), with 3 double beds, two bunk beds, 3 extra single beds and a cot. The house is ideal for meetings of friends and is perfect to accommodate between 2 or 3 families.
You will enjoy cooking and chatting with your family or friends in our large American kitchen open to the living room of 50m2 and with a terrace with stunning views of the Sierra de las Nieves where to eat outdoors. The house is rented with bedding, towels, toiletries and is equipped with outdoor barbecue, TV, WIFI, fireplace, games, books and tourist information of the area so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The decor is modern in style and with African details (we lived two years in Kenya) which is reminiscent of the African lodges and we have paid special attention to the outdoor spaces so you can enjoy the contact with nature and the beautiful views (as in our outdoor shower) or our platform to see the stars).
The house is 5 and 10 minutes from Tolox and Alozaina respectively, two typical white villages, where you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, health center, restaurants, rural tourism activities (hiking, canyoning, caving, etc ...) and multiple bars where Enjoy good tapas.
There are numerous paths that leave from our house and the nearby rivers (20 minutes on foot) offer fresh and crystalline waters where you can cool off. The beaches of Marbella are only 45 minutes away, as is the lively city of Malaga. Other nearby attractions in the province are Ronda, Antequera (El Torcal), El Chorro (Caminito del Rey) or Mijas just 1 hour from the house.
"Well-behaved" pets are allowed in the house.
