Such a wonderful stay, from beginning to end. Anna was extremely helpful in the run up to our arrival; she answered questions about the layout of the property, facilities available and even booked a vet appointment on our behalf as per Animal Health Certificate requirements for returning to the UK. Anna, Roberto and Lino welcomed us on our arrival. Lino gave us a full tour of the property (mainly in French as my Italian wasn't up to scratch and he didn't speak English) along with the help of Google translate. Lino visited every 3-4 days to check on the pool, the grounds and to answer any questions we had about the property.The photos of the property do not do it justice; the place is amazing, Our group of 10 was three generations; grandparents, parents, six kids 12-19yrs old and two dogs, across six bedrooms. The space available for all to have some independence and peace and quiet was huge. The kitchens and living spaces in the main house were barely used, instead we all congregated in the annex dining room and the seating outside for meals and relaxation. The pool was such a hit for everyone; we would have been lost without it. The area was fully fenced and this was of such reassurance for the dogs; they had free access to the gardens, couldn't access the pool area and we kept the door to the main house shut so that they stayed downstairs and outside during the day. The area was lovely. I'd love to say more but limited text. Highly recommended and thank you for having us!
