The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs was awesome.
The hotel was just across the street from the Akasaka station and was surrounded with many bars and restaurants. There was complimentary esspresso-machine coffee from 8am to 10pm and brewed coffee around the clock. The staff were polite and spoke some English. Wi-Fi was generally reliable, and there was no limit to the number of devices that were allowed to access it per room. The room and the cafe ran on different access networks though, so we had to log in each time we left the room and got to the cafe, and vice versa. The only glitch was that on one occasion the cleaning personnel accidentally left our door unlocked after cleaning, but we didn't lost anything.
Great location to subway lines and the airport. Room was as pictured, comfortable and clean. Complimentary coffee was a +!
