I like the feeling of having a luxurious capsule. Negative point: having to go all the way down to shower, but it's okay nothing to complain about

Location was near the subway on the Hibiki Line. Very easy to find. All the basic amenities that is required can be found in the hotel, including daily change of disposable slippers, towels and toothbrush. Simple breakfast and enough to get me going. Many eateries surrounding the hotel till late. Found traditional sweet shops in the alleys during the day. Lovely area to be around and a few stops away (within 20-30 mins) subway stops to many attractions.

Comfortable and interesting capsule concept

Loved everything about this hotel minus the temperature of the capsules. It was a little too warm for me, but the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, comfort of the beds themselves, and the shower facilities were all top notch. This is a very neat take on the capsule hotel concept that's great for first-timers or those wanting something between a normal capsule and a normal hotel room. Would definitely stay again.

A noisy stay

The good: Marketed as a "luxury capsule hotel", rooms are much larger than the typical Japanese capsule and furnished in a clean, bright, minimalist style befitting its name. Has a basement bar serving good food in the afternoons and evenings and a basic but decent breakfast. Very well located, just seconds from Ningyocho station, served by the Hibiya and Asakusa metro lines. The Asakusa line provides a direct connection to both Narita and Haneda airports. The bad: As required by Japanese law, there are only curtains separating rooms from the corridors. My sleep was interrupted at 6 am by a ringing alarm that went on for 15 minutes and at 7 am by a loud cellphone talker. The second time I went to the receptionist for help, but she declined to speak to the guest, saying it was "ok" to talk in the rooms! It's common sense that you shouldn't do this in capsule hotels, and the hotel's own rules also forbid this. And yes I was wearing earplugs. After trying in vain to go back to sleep, I went back to reception at 7:30 am and finally she put in a word with the guest. The inconsiderate guests were not the hotel's fault, but it was inexcusable that the receptionist refused to enforce the hotel's own no-talking rules in the first place.

Overhyped but convenient for Haneda

Honestly, it's overhyped. Perhaps that's why it was available at the last minute during the rugby season. Staff was helpful and the location is great for Haneda. But I probably wouldn't go back. The shower areas for men and women are on the same floor. No queues but the make-up area was small. It's really stuffy if two people are using the hair dryer at the same time. First Cabin is much better.

Room size is big, you can stand upright inside the room shich is unusual for a capsule hotel. Great daily amenities, super clean, and staff very friendly. Only one gripe, the room wall has a coarse finish where you can injure yoursef easily if you bump into the wall. I scraped my hand twice on the wall (and almost bled) when I accidentaly bumped my hand on it.

Amazing and superbly clean hotel! Towels, bed sheets and amenities replenished daily, staff very friendly and helpful, and even free breakfast! Location is right in the centre of main tourist spots, and subway station is less than 1 min away, yet still very quiet. With the semi-double bed-width, it is without a doubt the widest and tallest capsule hotel I've ever stayed in. Can stand up in the room, and the ceiling is still high above. Love the hotel, and price performance is just perfect! Will definitely stay here again next time. A couple of feedback to the management - advise the cleaners to scrub the shower room floor entirely, including underneath the shower doors at the edges which can be a bit hard to reach, otherwise those edges can get stained quickly. Also, please raise the air-con temperature a bit. It can get cold at night. In a normal capsule hotel where more than 30 people live on a floor it's necessary to blast the air-con to ventilate away the human body odor, but here with only ~18-25 people/floor, it's better to regulate the temperature accordingly. And male urinals could use some deodorizing block for odor control because at night the ammonia smell can evaporate and disperse out overnight.

Very lovely and convenience place to stay at Tokyo

First of all, everything in the hotel is pretty nice. New and clean, peaceful and the facilities are very thoughtful. The location is really great too. The train station is just around the corner. Also, there are lots of restaurant nearby. Japanese fast-food restaurant for don (rice-bowl) and soba (noodle), convenience store, also a 24 hrs seafood restaurant is at the back of it! I really want to try the seafood restaurant but as I am travelling by myself, it would be too heavy for me lol. Only couple minor things that could be improved a bit. For example, there is no place for us to put our own amenities in the bathroom. They might expected we all would use the shampoo and conditions they provided. Of course it is really nice that they have provided all that. But I think they would still need to have a platform for guests to put their own things. Also, I did not expect that the front desk cannot help out to book a taxi for the guest. Normally, as I thought, all hotels could provide this service. Only a call, not asking you to pay us for the drive, I would bear all the charges. I really don't understand why can't they help on this in their policy. Other then the minor things, overall is a great stay :)

Awesome beds

Great place and so good beds. The pods are not noiceproof so for light sleeper might not be the best choice, although you can get free earplugs at the front desk. Hotel is near few metro stations so it's easy to get around the city easily.

Tokyo

This place is amazing. It was my first time staying in a hostel type place. The pod is basically a small room with plenty of privacy. The showers are nice and they provide all of the toiletries you may need and then some. The staff is super friendly. Plenty of restaurants in the area and right across the street from the metro. I will definitely be staying there next time I go to Tokyo.
