Vinaka Tokoriki! This place is like being in paradise. You feel a serene relaxation come over as soon as you set forth. The Fijian hospitality at Tokoroki is outstanding. You feel completely welcomed and special from check in to check out. The resort is beautifully done, the grounds are impeccable. The rooms are beautiful and beach right in front of you. The food by chef Ashim was fabulous and finger licking good. The live Fijian music at lunch and dinner added to the charm of the place. We even enjoyed a scintillating game of crab racing. Their spa is spectacular. The best part is the people of Tokoroki who make a genuine effort to know you and take care of your every need. I hope to go back someday. Room tip: Burre 1,2,3 ,18,19 are not very private but still good. Burre 22-27 are the best location.

My husband and I are very “well traveled” and we can honestly say we’ve never been to a resort as amazing as Tokoriki!! They have the most generous, gracious, accommodating staff we’ve ever experienced and the grounds are impeccable and beautiful!!! We cannot wait to make a return. Tokoriki truly felt like home❤️

10 days of absultely relax (no wifi in the bedrooms). A real experience of Fiji Time supported by super kindness from all the staff and good quality food (super Ashim). Reception staff super and always at disposal (A special thank you to Johanna).

We asked about for a few Fiji recommendations & took the leap to Tokoriki. Everything said by trusted recommendations was absolutely true! We wanted a holiday that was a place where we could absolutely switch off& hang out- Tokoriki delivered. Service- outstanding. Rooms - quiet, calm, super comfy& wow the outdoor shower 👏. Spa 10/10.Snorkelling - like being in a fish tank. Sea - warm& quite literally on your doorstep or table edge. Food - fabulous & fresh. Not a TV, ringing phone, car or a golf buggy to be heard. This resort absolutely nails it& don’t confuse it with the neighbouring resort ( who are round the corner & don’t impact your stay) but that is quite a different deal! Thank you Tokoriki Island resort 😊

I was uncertain whether or not to do this review. I just wanted to write “wonderful experience” but trip-advidsor told me that I had to use more words. Usually when something good happens to me, I don’t like to share it, I’m weird, but it’s why I want to protect something from other people’s judgment, and I want to keep it “virgin”. I was angry when we got here. Thirty hours of travel between flights and stopovers, twelve hours of difference in time zone with a jet lag that would “kill a bear”, and all of this for what? The sea? , yes nice but nothing so special, the island? yes beautiful but nothing that I had not already seen, the resort? very beautiful but not better than others in which I had already been (ehm ...don’t get me wrong, I love treat me well on vacation :)) Moreover the weather when we arrived was not even particularly good, windy and cold. In my hasty judgment, however, I had not calculated a parameter that in the past I always not calculated: the people who, in that little piece of paradise, work there. Day after day they managed to turn a holiday into one of the best experiences I have ever had. Their constant smile, the desire to joke always, and their maniacal attention towards us (almost as if they were our uncles or distant brothers) transformed everything. I changed my mind, and this is not a review but it is a “thank you letter” to all of them: the property, the managers, the entire staff, the maids, the cook, the diving staff, in one simply word “amazing”. When you arrive, when you leave, and all the time you’re there, they just call you by your name, and they repeat a sentence that I didn’t understand when i was there: “Welcome Home!?” Only today, that I am flying back I understood the meaning of it. And I already miss “home” and my family a little. Thank you, thank you all again, and thank you Tokoriki! Inviato da iPhone

My partner and I just got home from Tokoriki Island resort and all I can say it is the most magical place I've ever been (just like the rest of the reviews say). When planning for the trip, I was thinking, surely this place can not be that amazing, Boy! was I wrong. If you don't enjoy yourself at this resort, well maybe the resorts aren't the problem. The island, coupled with the staff, I can only describe the place as magical. A perfect mix of all things makes it feel like a luxury high end stay without the stuffy atmosphere some resorts foster. I'll list a few things that really stood out 1. The decor was modern however in keeping with the theme of Fiji, but still felt luxurious. The rooms all had sweeping views of the beach. Definitely recommend stretching for a villa if you can, but all are amazing. 2. The grounds - stunning! 3. The staff - they all go out of their way to make sure you are happy, They are warm and friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family and this was every staff we encountered. A big thanks to Vika, Mita, Kris and Patrice (but thank you anyone we encountered) 4. The music, every lunch and dinner playing lovely Fijian music - all the staff have beautiful voices 5. Food - amazing, changes daily and I never got bored. We stayed 6 nights and felt like there was a good mix of variety 6.The beach - so clean and beautiful 7. No kids at the resort! 8. Amazing cocktails Can't wait to see you guys again! Ciao for now Tokoriki - Chris & Carl x

Stayed on the island for 5 days in August for my birthday with my wife in a beach front bure. Most relaxed we've been in years. All bures are private, quiet, clean and have their own air conditioning and indoor and outdoor showers. Lots to do on the island including snorkeling the coral, swimming in the pool and walks. Food plan was way too pricey for us so we ordered la carte meals at lunch time and dinner. Lunch main are over $40 FJD and dinner is over $80 FJD so still quite expensive but the quality of food is the best we've experienced in Fiji so worth every penny. The staff are what makes this tropical paradise such a magical place. They addressed us by name and went the extra mile to ensure we had a perfect vacation, especially Kris, one of the managers, who made us feel like we were royalty and did us a great favour at dinner one night. We have vacationed at various pacific islands on 5 occasions and this was by far the best.

the most wonderful experience that I have ever had! the ocean is so pure and clean ,the people are very friendly and interesting, what I‘ve eat impress me a lot, I hope to come again with my girlfriend soon!😀

Naturally speaking the location and aspect of this place is incredible. We couldn’t stop saying to ourselves this place is so beautiful. Add to that natural beauty, from design point of view, the rooms, lobby and main pool area is extremely well appointed. The layout and spaces are luxurious! Then, you add in the wonderful staff who greet you with singing and smiles. They’ll get to know you by name or even a cheeky nick name! Have nothing but praise for the staff to make us feel so relaxed and able to not have to worry about a thing Truly is the perfect escape!!

In July 2019, my fiancé (now wife 😊) and I got married and spent our honeymoon at the Tokoriki Island Resort. The island is tiny but beautiful with two resorts, this one being the adults only resort. It is about 15 minutes from the main island of Fiji by helicopter and about an hour by ferry. The grounds are well taken care of with a mixture of green landscaping design and curving paths through the resort, all surrounded by the exotic natural plants of Fiji. Upon arrival, we were greeted on the pier with friendly smiles and a “welcome home.” The staff was extraordinary on many levels. They quickly got to know us by name and provided a very personal touch to their service. The fantastic staff were one of the main reasons our stay was so great. We purchased a meal plan that included 3 three-course meals per day prepared by the talented chef Ashim. The menu changed every few days and included about 6 to 8 choices for the main courses. The only deviation from this format was one evening when the staff provided a Fijian style dinner buffet. There are also special dining options available such as the sunset beachside dinner. The food was incredible, and the dining area was quiet with friendly and attentive staff. We had the choice to eat under the covered dining (to avoid bugs) or open-air dining areas, both of which had a marvelous view. Since we were having our wedding ceremony at the resort, we needed help planning and executing our special day. Our wedding planner, Niu, took care of everything. He was wonderful from beginning to end. He met with us daily to give us updates, ask for our input, and offer different options for us to choose from. When the day arrived, everything lined up perfectly for a truly magical day that started with a ceremony on a private beach followed by an intimate dinner near the water with a few family and friends. I could not have imagined a more beautiful day in a more beautiful place. A perfect way to start a marriage. There are plenty of places to lounge around and do nothing but relax and enjoy the picture-perfrect scenery. But there are also plenty of activities to enjoy on or off the island. Some examples include scuba diving, jet skiing, fishing and boating excursions. The Tokoriki Island Resort staff helped us plan each day and made all the arrangements for us. It was one of the best times of my life and we will definitely be returning.
